



Set in the tranquility of the Cognac countryside, the Cour De Cognac (Courtyard of Cognac) offers both a quiet and confidential location for conferences and hospitality.
The manor house which stands alone and courtyard buildings have been lovingly preserved and renovated to form 3 wings and separate private living quarters. Each wing of the house takes its name from the areas of the Cognac region, The suites and rooms of the house have taken the names of famous Cognacs and the first resident of the village (P.Lustang) who was once a horseman for the King of France.
Le Manoir - 4 bedrooms, salle de jour, large French style country kitchen, large dining room, complimentary wine and cognacs, private office.
Grand Champagne - 5 bedrooms, salle de jour, large French style country kitchen with large dining room, complimentary wine and cognacs.
Petite Champagne - 3 bedrooms, large open plan lounge and kitchen, walkway to Fin Bois enabling accommodation to increase to 6 bedrooms, large complimentary stock of wine and a selection of cognacs.
La Borderies Suite - self contained private suite comprising 1 bedroom upstairs, private kitchen, own private entrance, complimentary wine and cognacs, a further double bedroom is also available upon request on the lower floor.
Fin Bois - 3 bedrooms, walkway to Petite Champagne allowing 6 bedrooms and open plan lounge and kitchen, complimentary wine and cognacs.
Bon Bois - Conference / dining room, previously housing cognac barrells whilst they mature, the large mixing barrell has been preserved and left in situ, and remains an impressive reminder of the Cour De Cognac's history as a cognac house.
The Cour De Cognac also houses its own private bar which will be fully stocked with a complimentary selection of local and Bordeaux wines, Cognacs and beer. There is a covered barbecue area and a large chess set within the paving, a large swimming pool and tennis court.
